This page is maintained by Creativitiah (operated by Tiah as a sole proprietor, "we", "us") to explain what personal information we collect through creativitiah.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. Contact us any time at support@goiast8.com.

Information we collect

• Quote requests: your name, email, event date, event location, selected package, guest count, notes, and any inspiration photos you upload.
• Newsletter signup: your email address and the page you subscribed from.
• Testimonials and reviews: your name, email (kept private), photo (if you provide one), rating, and review text.
• Correspondence: any messages you send us by email or through the site.

We do not knowingly collect information from children. Bookings are made by the adult organizing the event, not by the children being painted.

How we use your information

• Reply to your quote request and coordinate your event.
• Send booking status updates and, if you opt in, occasional newsletters.
• Display approved testimonials on the site (name and photo only — never your email).
• Keep basic records for tax and accounting purposes.

How your data is stored

Quote requests, subscribers, reviews, and inspiration uploads are stored in our managed backend database and file storage. Access is protected by row-level security so that personal fields (like reviewer emails and internal scheduling notes) are only visible to the site owner. Data is transmitted over HTTPS.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that power this website (hosting, database, and email) and only as needed to run the service, or when required by law.

Subprocessors

We use the following subprocessors to provide this site:

• Cloudflare, Inc. — Turnstile spam and abuse protection on quote/contact forms. See Cloudflare's Turnstile Privacy Policy for details.

Cookies and analytics

The site uses essential cookies needed for the admin dashboard and form submissions. We do not run third-party advertising trackers. An embedded Facebook page plugin may set its own cookies when it loads; see Facebook's own privacy policy for details.

Quote and contact forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect against spam and abuse. Turnstile may process technical data such as your browser characteristics and IP address. See Cloudflare's Turnstile Privacy Policy for details.

Retention

Quote requests and related event details are kept for up to 3 years for accounting and reference. Newsletter subscribers are kept until you unsubscribe. Testimonials remain posted until you ask us to remove them.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to unsubscribe from emails. Email support@goiast8.com and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes we will update the effective date above and, when appropriate, notify subscribers by email.
